ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.1, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 307 of IPC in Crime No.223 of 2021 seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that during the course of investigation, it reveals that the offence under Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act is also attracted in this case and therefore, the offences have been altered including the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. 3.Therefore, in view of the provision under Section 18 of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
