PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.256 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 29.11.2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 450,294(b), 323,354(D), 506(ii) and 511 of IPC on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner herein along with other accused persons trespassed into the house of the defacto complainant, abused her and also attacked the uncle of the defacto complainant and outrage the modesty of the defacto complainant 3.It is seen that there are totally two accused in this case and the petitioner herein is arrayed as A2. On 29.11.2020 the petitioner along with other accused trespassed into the house of the defacto complainant and outrage her modesty. It is also seen that both the accused tried to sexually assault her. Therefore it is seen that the petitioner along with other accused has committed a very serious and heinous offence as against the women and he was arrested https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.15295 of 2020 only on 29.11.2020, hence this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
