ORDER

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- " To withdraw the case in M.C.No. 7 of 2025 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Pattukkottai, Thanjavur District, and transfer the same to the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Tiruchirappalli."

2.Heard Mr.S.Savarimuthu learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.K.Sarulatha learned counsel representing Mr.A.Senthil Kumar, learned counsel for the respondents. 3.The matter has been listed today for reporting compliance. 4.The Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 08.08.2025, had dismissed the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition with the following directions:- "8.Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed on payment of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) to the first respondent/wife on or before 28.08.2025. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are closed." 5.Today, when the matter is being taken up for hearing, Mr.S.

Savarimuthu learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Tr.C.M.P.(MD) No.410 of 2025, dated 08.08.2025, the petitioner has paid a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the first respondent/wife, namely, A.Diana, towards a cheque bearing cheque No.100019, dated 16.09.2025, of the CSB Bank, Thiruchirappalli (117) Branch.

regard, he has produced a copy of the cheque dated 16.09.2025 before this Court, today. Thus, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no further order is necessary in this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition, as the direction issued by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Tr.C.M.P.(MD) No.410 of 2025, dated 08.08.2025, has been fully complied with. 6.The original cheque, dated 16.09.2025, has been handed over to Ms.K.Sarulatha learned counsel representing Mr.A.Senthil Kumar learned counsel for the respondents before this Court today and a copy of the same, which was produced by the learned counsel for the petitioner before this Court today, is taken on record. 7.Ms.K.Sarulatha learned counsel representing Mr.A.Senthil Kumar, learned counsel for the respondents submits that she has received the original cheque dated 16.09.

2025 from the learned counsel for the petitioner before this Court today and submits that no further order is necessary in this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition, as the direction issued by the Coordinate Bench of this Court, dated 08.08.2025, has been fully complied with. 8.Accordingly, in view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties and in view of the order passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Tr.C.M.P.(MD) No. 410 of 2025, dated 08.08.2025 and also considering the fact that in compliance of the order, dated 08.08.2025, the petitioner has paid a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the first respondent/wife, this Court is of the opinion that there is no need to proceed with the matter any further. 9.

Accordingly, compliance is recorded and no further order is necessary in this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition. The file is consigned to record.
