ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J) Heard Mr.H.Mohammed Imran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mrs.S.Srimathy, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 7.
2.The petitioner appears to have personal interest in the matter which has not been disclosed in the affidavit filed in the writ petition. But the reason for filing the writ petition appears to be some other collateral purpose. However, we are not concerned with this at present, as the issue is that the eighth respondent School has obtained requisite permission.
3.It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the eighth respondent has not obtained any permission and earlier show cause notice were issued to the eighth respondent by the Department but the Department has not taken any action.
4.Since we have our own doubt about the bonafideness of the present writ petition which has been filed as a Public Interest Litigation, we cannot issue any direction at the behest of the petitioner. However, it goes without saying that if already the sixth respondent has issued show cause notice, the same should be taken to the logical end at the earliest.

5.Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
