ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 449, 307, 302 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.275 of 2019, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side)opposed the prayer for more reasons than one. The petitioner is having quite a few cases to his credit. The principal accused/A1 is yet to be arrested, only thereafter, the actual involvement of the petitioner will be known.
