This Criminal Original Petition is filed by the petitioner to call for the records in Crime No.422 of 2019 of Bodinayakkanur Town Police Station, Bodinayakkanur, Theni District and quash the same.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation in the instant case is completed and a final report is also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bodiyanaickanur.
