This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents herein not to harass the petitioner as well as her family members, without legally any sustainable complaint.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would reiterate the averments made in the petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that there was a money dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent. Based on the complaint, enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed on 24.10.2020 itself, by advising both the parties to approach the Civil forum for their remedy.
