CRL MP(MD).No.9348 OF 2021 This petition is filed seeking extension of three months time for filing final report, as per the order, passed in Crl.MP(MD) No.3890 of 2021 in Crl.OP(MD)No.15567 of 2021. 2.The Investigating Officer is present before this Court and he would submit that they are investigate the matter through proper channel and the effective steps have been taken for filing final report before the concerned Court.

3.In view of the above submission, two months time is granted for filing final report before the concerned Court finally and further extension of time will not be given.
