ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w Section 20(b)(ii)(A) of NDPS Act & Section 77 of JJ Act, in Crime No.105 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in illegal possession of 190 grams of Ganja. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent and she has been falsely implicated in this case. However, she is willing to 1/3

abide any condition that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prays for anticipatory bail.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the investigation is still pending and the petitioner is having 7 previous cases. Hence, he vehemently, opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.Even though the contraband involved in the present case is small quantity, the petitioner has got 7 previous cases.
