This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the second respondent to grant permission and protection for Arichandra Nadakam Programme scheduled to be held on 03.05.2016 and 04.05.2016 at Arulmigu Sudalaimadan, Arulmigu Muniyasamy, Arulmigu Petchiamman, Arulmigu Kamatchiamman Thirukovil located at K.Duraisamipuram, Kovilpatti Taluk, Tuticorin District.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the State has no objection in permitting the petitioner to conduct Arichandra Nadakam on 03.05.2016 and 04.05.2016 at Arulmigu Sudalaimadan, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the submission, this Court directs the second respondent police to permit the petitioner to stage the aforesaid drama on 03.05.2016 and 04.05.2016 till 12.00 mid night, in view of ensuing election to the Tamil Nadu State Assembly. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
