PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.5727/A4/2023, dated 13.02.2024 and quash the same and consequently direction may be issued to the second respondent to grant exemption from passing Teachers Eligible Test to the petitioner, within stipulated time.
