The present Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 126 days in filing a restore application. 2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners. Despite service of notice to the respondents 2 to 9, none appears on behalf of them. 3.Mr.B.Rajesh Saravanan, learned counsel for the first respondent has no serious objection for allowing this application. 4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 126 days.
