RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court on the petitioner in Crl O.P (MD) No. 8850 of 2022 dated 01.07.2022. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.DURAIPANDIAN.K.S., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8850 of 2022, dated 01.07.2022. 2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and prayed the condition to be relaxed.

CRL MP(MD) No.10157 of 2022 4.In view of the above submissions, this petition is allowed and the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on alternative days between 10.30 a.m., to 05.30 p.m.
