ORDER

This writ petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent police to conduct a preliminary enquiry and to take appropriate action upon petitioner's complaint dated 11.04.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that after enquiry, the complaint was closed.

4. But, it is seen that the third respondent has sold the property to the fourth respondent in SARFAESI proceedings. Subsequent to the same, the third respondent has taken money from the petitioner under the guise of leasing the property. Therefore, the respondent police is directed to reopen and conduct proper enquiry and if cognizable offence is made out proceed further as per law.
