ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C praying to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of an enquiry. 2.The case of the petitioner is that there was a money dispute between the third respondent, one Thangam and his wife Pandiammal and that though the matter in issue is civil in nature, the second respondent is harassing the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15946 of 2020 complaint given by the third respondent was registered as C.No.2625/026002/2020 and the same is pending for enquiry. 4.Considering the submissions made by the petitioner, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to follow the guidelines of D.K.Basu Vs. State of West Bengal reported in AIR (1997) SC 610. 5.With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
