ORDER

Alleging that the order of this Court in W.P(MD)No.6120 of 2022, dated 04.04.2022, has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.A.Kannan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, has produced a proceedings of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.1/2011/T.A.C.TV/S.T., dated 16.09.2022, whereby the second respondent has rejected the request of the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, the Contempt Petition is closed. It is left open to the petitioner to challenge the said order before the appellate authority, if she is so aggrieved by the same.
