Respondents/ Respondents Prayer :- This Civil Revision Petition is filed Under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to direct the Lower Court for expeditious disposal of Arbitration O.P.No.90 of 2019 against A.P.No.8 / MST/Puliankulam/2016, dated 28.01.2019 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Madurai, within a time frame fixed by this Honourable Court.

ORDER:- This Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the earlier order of this Court and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.Subramanian, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Mr.R.Sethuraman Spl.G.P For R1 and of Mr.C.Arul Vadivel @ Sekar For R2, and upon perusing the letter of the Principal District Judge, Madurai vide D.No.0052 dated 5.01.2021, this Court made the following order:

By order dated 05.09.2019, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of O.P.No.90 of 2019 within a period of 9 months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.0052 dated 05.01.2021 wherein, the learned Judge citing Covid-19 lockdown has requested for extension of 4 months to comply with the above order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.There is no objection on the side of the petitioner in

extending the time limit.
