ORDER
The revision petitioner filed Arbitration O.P.No. 91 of 2019 against the order dated 26.01.2019 passed in A.P.No.5/MST/Puliankulam/2016 before the learned Principal District Judge, Madurai. The said petition was filed in the month of March 2019. Though notice was served on the respondents and they are reprsented by a counsel, the matter was adjourned for the purpose of filing counter and the same is still pending for the past six months. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Principal District Judge, Madurai, for expeditious disposal of Arbitration O.P.No.91 of 2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that nine months' time may be granted to dispose of Arbitration O.P.No. 91 of 2019, since the connected arbitration proceedings are pending before the concerned Court.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner has also agreed for the same.
4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, it is appropriate to grant nine (9) months' time to dispose of Arbitration O.P.No. 91 of 2019.
5. Accordingly, the learned Principal District Judge, Madurai, is directed to dispose of Arbitration O.P.No.91 of 2019, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of nine (9) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
