ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner is said to be having two previous cases of the same nature. Therefore, I am not inclined to show any indulgence in the writ jurisdiction. The vehicle is said to be in the station custody. The respondents are directed to produce the petition mentioned vehicle before the Court below immediately and without any delay. It is open to the petitioner to move the Court below for release of the vehicle.

3.With this liberty to the petitioner and with the aforesaid direction to the respondents, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
