ORDER
This Writ Petition is disposed of after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate for the respondent.
2. This Writ Petition is filed to quash the impugned Notice in Na.Ka. No. 13/2018/Liquidation, dated 26.09.2024 issued by the respondent and to consequently, direct the respondent to return the petitioner's original document by considering petitioner's representation, dated 24.06.2024 and also correct the penal interest to Rs.38,775/- instead of Rs.2,68,941/-.
3. The learned Government Advocate for the respondent submits that the respondent will keep all the proceeding in abeyance and will recall the impugned notice, subject to the petitioner depositing a sum of Rs.3,00,000/-.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the amount will be deposited with the respondent within a period of sixty (60) days from today.
5. Subject to the petitioner depositing the aforesaid amount within a period 2/4
of sixty (60) days, the impugned order shall stand quashed. If the petitioner complies with the above stipulations, all the securities offered by the petitioner at the time of availing loan will be returned.
6. In case, the petitioner fails to pay the aforesaid amount within such time, the respondent is at liberty to proceed against the petitioner in accordance with law.
