[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The order passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thanjavur at Kumbakonam in Cr.M.P.No.1193/2024, dated 20.01.2025 is under challenge in the present writ proceedings.

2. The Chief Judicial Magistrate passed an order under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (hereinafter referred to as "the Act"), which is susceptible to an appeal under Section 17 of the Act. Therefore, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal, the present Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
