ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.) This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to construct a Threshing Floor in a particular survey number namely, Survey No. 162/1 (Old Survey No. 162/pa) situated at Ganapathiyapuram Village, Kundalakuthur Panchayat, Virudhunagar District.
2.The learned Additional Government Pleader, today when the matter is taken up for hearing, submits that taking into consideration the 2/5
need for Threshing Floor for the farmers in the said village, the Government has laid a Threshing Floor in Chokkalingapuram. Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition. 3.Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
