ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.12 of 2023.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner representing the defacto complainant, that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.12 of 2023 against two accused for the offences under Section 465, 467, 468, 420, 294(b) and 506(i) of IPC. It is submitted that inspite of registration of the FIR, there was no progress in the investigation and therefore sought for a direction to expedite the investigation.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on the other hand submitted that this case was registered only about six months ago, and the Police are proceeding with the investigation and would complete the investigation shortly, and file final report. 2/4

4.
