Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondents 1, 2 and 3 not to interfere in the civil dispute in guise of the enquiry in view of the suit in OS.No.171 of 2012 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti and Tenancy Right Petition in TR.Nos.4/2012, 9/2012 and 10/2012 before the Tahsildar, Vadipatti. ORDER

This petitioner has been filed seeking direction to the respondents not to interfere in the civil dispute on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent. 2.It appears that in respect of land dispute between the parties suit in O.S.No.171 of 2012 is pending before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti. Similarly, TR Nos.4 of 2012, 9 of 2012 and 10 of 2012 are also pending. Pending the above said proceedings, it appears that the fourth respondent has given a complaint against these petitioners.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15688 of 2021 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the fourth respondent has given a complaint against the second petitioner and enquiry was undertaken in CSR No.183 of 2021 and it was found that they settled the issue between them, accordingly, the enquiry was closed on 30.09.2021.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the enquiry was closed, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
