Respondents PRAYER : Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Habeas Corpus calling for the entire records connected with the detention order passed by the third respondent herein in H.S.(M) Confdl No.143/2021, dated 30.09.2021 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the detenue namely Tamilmani, son of Manthiramoorthy, aged about 33 years (now detained at Central Prison, Palayamkottai), before this Court and set him at liberty.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents submits that the detention order, dated 30.09.2021, passed by the third respondent, has been revoked by the State under G.O.(Rt) No.234, Co-operation, Food and Consumer Protection (E2) Department, dated 25.10.2021.
2. Recording the above submission, the habeas corpus petition is disposed of.
