ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, in connection with a case in Crime No.77 of 2024, for the offence punishable under Section 392 IPC, has filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused has 1/3

snatched away the cell phone of the defacto complainant, while he was riding a two wheeler.

3.When the earlier petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5175 of 2024 came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has reported that the petitioner is having four previous cases in his credit, which are similar in nature. Considering the bad antecedent of the petitioner, the earlier petition was dismissed.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the nature of offence, the antecedent of the petitioner and also considering that there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner.
