The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's objections submitted vide representation dated 14.06.2025 as against the registration of Amended Resolution dated 16.03.2025 passed by the 3rd respondent within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 14.06.2025 and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
