produce the body / person of the petitioner's minor daughter, Tharunika, aged about 17 years, hand over the custody.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by N. ANAND VENKATESH,J.) At the time of hearing, the detenue was produced before the Court. She expressed her willingness to go along with the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the State of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) submitted that an FIR has been registered in Crime No.132 of 2026 which is pending investigation before the third respondent for offence under the POCSO Act. He further submitted that the medical examination is over and after recording the statement of the victim girl, she will be sent along with the petitioner.
