No.1622 of 2021:- This Civil Revision petition filed Under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the learned Subordinate Judge at Kuzhithurai, Kanyakumari District, to expedite the proceedings in A.S.No.107 of 2011 and dispose the Appeal suit in accordance with law within a time frame.
ORDER:- This Revision Petition listed today under the caption 'for extension of time', upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the earlier order of this Hon'ble Court dated 25/10/2021 made in CRP(MD)1622 of 2021 and the requisition letter submitted by the Subordinate Judge, Kuzhithurai at Nagercoil in D.No.16/2024, dated 04/01/2024, this Court made the following order:
This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in A.S.No.107 of 2011.
2.This Court already disposed of the Civil Revision Petition by order dated 25.10.2021 and directed the trial Court to dispose of the case in A.S.No.107 of 2011 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Kuzhithurai, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Thereafter, it was extended. Now the learned Subordinate Judge requests further time to dispose of the said case. 3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Subordinate Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, six months time is granted for disposing A.S.No.107 of 2011 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, 3/5
Kuzhithurai, is directed to comply with the directions of this Court, without any further delay.
