..Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent No.3 to provide annual increments for the year 2015, 2016 and encashment of earned leave surrender for 30 days, pongal bonus for the year 2016 to the petitioner by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 13.04.2016 within a stipulated time.

ORDER

Mr.Aairam K.Selvakumar, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.The petitioner, who has been reinstated in service as Headmaster at Dharmapatti Panchayat Union Middle School, after a long battle with the respondents, had sent a representation dated 13.04.2016 to the third respondent seeking annual increment for 2015 and 2016, encashment of Earned Leave surrender for 30 days, Pongal bouns for the year 2016, etc. As there was no response to the same, the petitioner has come up with this writ petition.

4.Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, directs the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 13.04.2016 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
