ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner has moved anticipatory bail petition before the learned Principal District Judge, Pudukottai in Crl.M.P.No.1614 of 2023 and the same was considered on 17.05.2023 and condition was imposed upon the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/-. CRL OP(MD). No.13244 of 2023 condition and filed a petition seeking modification stating that the time mentioned in the petition is lapsed. Again seeking anticipatory bail this petition has been filed. 2.In view of the above, the petitioner cannot seek anticipatory bail at this stage.
