*********** [Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J.] The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging the possession notice dated 08.01.2016 issued under Rule 8(1) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 and to quash the same.
2. When the Writ Petition was taken up for consideration, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the bank submitted that now the bank is inclined to withdraw the possession notice dated 08.01.2016. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle.
3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned Standing Counsel for the Bank, we are of the opinion that nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition. Hence, recording the submission and endorsement so made, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
