Respondent PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to grant joint patta in the petitioner's name and his sisters Kamatchi and Ramayee and his brothers Karuppiah and Nagaraj names jointly which is relating to Survey No.676/1 admeasuring 1 hec. 50 acres situated at Silukkuvarpatti Village, Nilakkottai Taluk, Dindigul District based on the petitioner's representation dated 27.11.2015.

The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus, directing the respondent to grant joint patta in respect of the land situated in Survey No.676/1 measuring 1 hec. 50 acres at Silukkuvarpatti Village, Nilakkottai Taluk, Dindigul District based on his representation dated 27.11.2015 2.It is seen that the petitioner has already made a representation on 27.11.2015 before the respondent, seeking for the same relief. Therefore, it is for the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law.

3.Accordingly, this Writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to pass such an order, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
