2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that originally the application in H.M.O.P.No.38 of 2019 has been filed by the petitioner before the Subordinate Court, Sivakasi for the relief of divorce. Thereafter, it has been transferred to the Subordinate Court, Sattur on the ground of jurisdiction and renumbered as H.M.O.P.No.2 of 2022 and now it is pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Sattur. He further submits that petitioner's side evidence was closed and the case is posted for cross examination of petitioner's side evidence. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent is taking time for cross examination for several hearing.
