ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to issue birth certificate by considering the application made by the petitioner on 24.07.2023 and by completing the proceedings of the 2nd respondent, dated 15.05.2024 within time frame fixed by this Court.

2.According to the petitioner, the revenue records shows the date of birth as 02.09.1964 and the petitioner wants to change it as 03.04.1966. The petitioner is an employee under the 5th respondent Primary Agricultural CoOperative Credit Society. While he was in service within 5 years, he requested the said 5th respondent to change the date of birth and the same was changed based on the procedure in the cooperative society. Now, the petitioner wants the revenue authorities to change the date of birth. Hence, he has given an 2/5

application in the year 2023.

3.It seen that the cooperative society has changed the date of birth in the year 1990 itself. The petitioner has not come before this Court to change it at the earliest point of time, at least in the year 1991. Now, it is too late to consider the petition.
