Mr.R.Anandaraj, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.

2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the respondents herein to pay the arrears of salary revision for the Post of Assistant Factory Manager to the petitioner for the period between 01.05.2010 and 08.09.2010 based on G.O.Ms.No.127, Handlooms, Handicrafts Textiles and Khadi(C1) Department, dated 09.09.2010 as well as 'Earned Leave' to his account pursuant to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

his representations, dated 10.06.2015, 26.06.2015, 22.07.2015, 14.08.2015, 04.09.2015 and 11.09.2015.

4. The case of the petitioner is that he is working as Factory Manager in the second respondent Mill. His grievance is that he was not paid the the arrears of salary revision for the Post of Assistant Factory Manager for the period between 01.05.2010 and 08.09.2010. Hence, he has made representation to the respondents on various occasions. But, none of these representations was not considered. Hence, finally he has made representation on 11.09.2015. Even then, no order was passed. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present Writ Petition for the above stated relief.

Therefore, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 11.09.2015 and pass appropriate orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
