ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents/Corporation. 2.All that the petitioner wants is assessment of the petition mentioned site to vacant site tax. The petitioner's counsel states that there is no rival claim and that there are no objectors. If that be so, the respondents are directed to assess the petition mentioned site to vacant site tax and assess the petitioner accordingly. W.P(MD)No.19395 of 2020 enquiry in this regard. In any event, final orders will be issued on merits and in accordance with law within a period six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
