When the case was called in the revised call, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

Mr.F.Deepak, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents submits that the respondents have fully complied with the order passed by this Court, dated 14.07.2022 in W.P.(MD)No.15258 of 2022 and in this regard, he has produced a copy of the order dated 27.12.2024 passed by the second respondent before this Court, which is taken on record. It was further submitted that as the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondents, no useful purpose will be served in continuing the present contempt proceedings against the respondents and therefore, the respondents may be discharged from the contempt proceedings and the Contempt Petition may also be disposed of.

Accordingly, after perusal of the order passed by the respondent, dated 27.12.2024, this Court satisfied that the direction issued by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.15258 of 2022, dated 14.07.2022, has been fully complied with by the respondents. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is disposed of and the respondents are discharged from the contempt proceedings. No costs. The file is consigned to record.
