Mr.D.Shanmugaraja Sethupathy, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents.

2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

3.The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the first respondent to promote the petitioner as Assistant Manager with effect from 01.11.2010 with all benefits and fix his seniority in appropriate place by considering his representation, dated 18.06.2014.

4. Though the prayer in the Writ Petition is widely worded, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied if his representation, dated 18.06.2014 is directed to be disposed of by the first respondent within a stipulated time.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 18.06.2014 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
