ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.08.2021 and grant family pension to her.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents. 3.By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 4.According to the petitioner, her husband was working as Forest Watcher and died on 11.06.2019 before attaining his superannuation. The petitioner made a representation dated 10.08.2021 to the respondents requesting to grant family pension, by enclosing all relevant documents. However, no orders were passed and the said representation is still pending. Therefore, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 5.The learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondents will look into the representation of the petitioner and the same would be considered if it is otherwise in order and appropriate orders would be passed in accordance with law.
6.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also in view of the limited scope of prayer as sought by the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on merits, directs the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.08.2021 and pass appropriate orders therein, in accordance with law and on merits within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
