This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking transfer of the proceedings in I.D.O.P.No.159 of 2020 from the file of Family Court, Thanjavur to Family Court, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil.

2.Today(10.06.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the dispute has been amicably settled between the parties and now they are living together. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
