Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the respondents have filed a writ appeal in W.A.(MD)No.1038 of 2019 and the Division Bench of this Court has entertained the same and granted an order of interim stay on 17.10.2019.
