This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to cancel the registration made by Kottarpetchi/4th respondent in favour of 5th respondent vide document No. 2147/2021 dated 06.09.2021 on the file of the 3rd respondent and also petitioner's representation dated 25.7.2022 within the time stipulated by this Court. 2/4

In view of Section 77-A of the Registration Act having been struck down by this Court in W.P.No.10291 of 2022 and Batch cases, dated 02.08.2024, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition, which is, accordingly, dismissed.
