ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the first respondent to complete the enquiry in her Appeal dated 23.09.2024 and pass final orders within the time stipulated by this court. 2.Heard the arguments of Mr.D.Senthil, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Jeya Priya, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2. Since no adverse order is passed against the third respondent, notice to her is dispensed with. 3.By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4.According to the petitioner, the patta for the property situated in Survey No.127/5, with an extent of 0.26.0 Acres, Thevathangudi Revenue Group, Ilaiyangudi Taluk, Sivagangai District, originally stood in the name of the petitioner's father-in-law, Natarajan and the same was erroneously transferred in favour of third respondent without any enquiry. Therefore, the petitioner preferred an appeal before the first

respondent on 23.09.2024, seeking cancellation of patta issued in the name of the third respondent and restoration of the patta in favour of her father in law, Natarajan. The same has not been considered. Hence, she has come before this Court.

5.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit the appeal filed by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

6. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 23.09.2024 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner and third respondent.
