Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The third respondent is directed to enquire into the petition mentioned representation and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents would point out that the Village Administrative Officer had already sent a report indicating that the petitioner is owning one another property and that therefore he is not eligible.
