(MD)No.1099 of 2024 dated 04.07.2024 and the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP (C) No.26264 of 2024 dated 11.11.2024, within stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to re-fix the petitioner's pay by applying the 2.57 multiplier/matrix in line with the 7th Pay Commission recommendations, from the date of his promotion, along with all consequential benefits, in accordance with the judgment passed in W.P.(MD)No.3609 of 2020 dated 20.06.2023, as upheld by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.(MD)No.1099 of 2024 dated 04.07.2024 and affirmed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP (C) No. 26264 of 2024 dated 11.11.2024.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, although several grounds have been raised in the writ petition, it would suffice if this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.06.2025, in the light of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.3609 of 2020 dated 20.06.2023, which was affirmed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.(MD)No.1099 of 2024 dated 04.07.2024 and by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP (C) No.26264 of 2024 dated 11.11.2024 and to pass appropriate orders, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.06.2025, in the light of the aforesaid orders relied upon by the learned counsel for the petitioner, on its own merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/5
5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
