ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to consider petitioner's Application dated 05.10.2023 pending before 4th respondent and petitioner's representation dated 03.07.2025 within the period stipulated by this Court.
2. This Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's Application dated 05.10.2023 and petitioner's representation dated 03.07.2025 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
