Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 3, has sought for time to take instructions. Mr.VR.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for respondent No.4.
2. It is submitted that similar impugned proceedings issued by the Assistant Director, Local Fund Audit Department, Tiruchirapalli, have been stayed by this Court vide order dated 01.03.2016 passed in W.P.(MD)No.4044 of 2016.
3. Therefore, there shall be an order of interim direction to the respondents to process the pension proposals of the petitioner. However, the sanction would be subject to the result of the writ petition.
Post the matter on 24.06.2016.
