ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the second respondent to file final report in Crime No.1003 of 2020 on the file of the second respondent Police.

2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.1003 of 2020, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 188, 447, 341 and 506(i) IPC on 16.10.2020. Now, the grievance of the petitioner is that even after lapse of a year, no progress has been made and final report has not yet been filed. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that 6 witnesses have been examined so far. Further, he would seek four months time to final report.

4.In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
