Respondent PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.11.2015 seeking to pass final order in the second appeal in Anai No.SA 3640/F/2015 on the file of the respondent and pass necessary orders on merits and in accordance with law within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

Mr.K.K.Sethil, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent. By consent, the Writ petition itself is taken for final disposal.

2.This Writ petition is filed seeking for a Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.11.2015, seeking to pass final order in second appeal Anai No.SA 3640/F/2015 pending on the file of the respondent.

3.The matter arises under the Right to Information Act. The petitioner filed the second appeal before the respondent as his request, seeking for certain information, was not provided by the original authority as well as the appellate authority. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.The grievance of the petitioner is that even though an interim order was passed by the respondent on 22.05.2015 directing

to furnish information within 15 days, such information has not be been furnished so far. Therefore, he seeks for final disposal of the second appeal filed by the petitioner before the respondent. 5.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, I only direct the respondent to dispose of the appeal pending before him in Anai No. SA 3640/F/2015 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
